1. The General Provisions
1.1. The Professional Jury of international public open "Architectural Award 2011-2012" Competition (hereinafter - the Professional Jury) is a public body formed to select Prizewinners of the international open "Architectural Award Competition (hereinafter - Competition).

1.2. The Professional Jury is being formed by professional architecture community, e.g. architects and other persons professionally connected with architecture.

1.3. The Professional Jury is headed by Professional Council. The number of the Professional Council members is determined by the Organizing Committee. Three positions are secured for the Competition organizer.

1.4. The Professional Jury is coordinated by Organizing Committee of the Competition.

2. Professional Jury Forming Rules
2.1. The total number of the Professional Jury members is assigned by the Organizing Committee. The Organizing Committee invites architects and others persons professionally connected with the architecture, and three representatives of the Organizer.

3. Professional Jury Working Rules
3.1. The Organizing Committee are given to the Professional Jury members the access to the nominees projects in the website archiprofi.ru.

3.2. Each Professional Jury member estimates the submitted projects by secret vote. Each Professional Jury member has one vote. None of the Professional Jury members can note vote for their projects. The winner of each category is the work that get the most votes in their nomination.

3.3. The vote tally is carried out by the counting panel of the Organizing Committee.

3.4. In case of dispute, the Organizing Committee has the right to make the final decision on the vote results.
